In his work with leaders, teams, and organizations, Jason Miller facilitates a reflective learning process centered in expression of the client’s unique purpose. He co-creates a safe space with the client, inviting them to listen to and lead themselves more by inner wisdom, joy, creativity, and systemic contribution. He then helps them to build and apply practices and actions in support of sustained change.
Jason has nearly thirty years of experience as an Organizational Development and Operations leader, coach, and consultant. He spent the first seventeen years of his career at Accenture, first as a human capital consultant and then moving into global operations leadership roles for over a decade. At OhioHealth, a health system spanning all of Ohio, he built and led the Leadership Development and Coaching engines for over five years.
Jason has coached and developed leaders and facilitated large-scale change programs across a range of sectors and industries. His client roster includes well-known corporations such as Google, Amazon, Panera, Accenture, and Caterpillar; as well as community-based healthcare non-profits such as OhioHealth, CNS Healthcare, McLaren Healthcare, and Trinity Health.
Jason holds a Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Behavior from Miami University. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and serves on the faculty team of the Hudson Institute of Coaching. He conducted action research and published “Finding Truth Within: Exploring the Importance of Reflective Practice in Deepening Self-Knowledge” in Integral Review Journal.
In his home base of Columbus, Ohio, USA, Jason is deeply devoted to nurturing his own family – a wife of 21 years and son of 16 years. He serves in community leadership roles for the Harmony Project, a unique nationally-known arts organization who delivers thousands of community service hours through projects and musical performances.
Born and raised in the working class “rust belt” of Ohio, Jason is a first-generation college degree earner in his family. His humble beginnings on a cul-de-sac on the shores of Lake Erie bring a certain grounded nature to his style, and a sense of commitment and loyalty to those that he serves.
