Jason Miller was instrumental in my development journey as both a leader and a person. Jason provides a mirror into your soul allowing an opportunity for self-awareness and growth. He helps you discover aspects of your true self that you didn’t even know you had. Jason teaches you to lean into vulnerability, embrace it as a strength and use it authentically to lead. He helped me find my purpose and live my purpose. I am a better version of me because of Jason. Thank you, Jason, for sharing your gift!
— Margaret Schuler, SVP Practice Support Operations & Revenue Cycle Management

Jason’s work allowed me to understand and remove the emotional chains of my past. I was able to set my mind free to live fully in the present and for the future. The process released my innate emotional intelligence to better manage both personal relationships and executive situations.
— Lauren McKown, System Director, Clinical Transformation

Jason was invited to help our organization strengthen its Executive Leadership team. The team’s interest in participating was 50/50 because many had participated in other executive coaching programs that were not impactful. Upon starting the program, the feedback from the Executive Team was overwhelmingly positive. Jason was able to lead the executive team coaching sessions and support one-on-one coaching requests well. He created a safe, private, and confidential environment in which the executives could discuss how to build trust; how to appreciate diversity; how to respectfully speak their truth and appreciate developmental feedback; and how to accomplish business goals by learning to engage differently with peers. As the CHRO, I was thrilled to receive consistent feedback that my peers were able to apply the new enhanced skills in their professional and personal lives. Jason’s support has been invaluable to the organization.
— Robin Spivey, Senior HR Executive

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership that supports change and development.  What is unique about coaching as a discipline is its assumption that coach and client are equals. This gives the client the opportunity to learn capacities to self-discover and self-sustain while achieving targeted growth goals.

Why Inner Sound?

What makes our coaching approach unique is our ability to create a safe and vulnerable space for real growth of the whole person within the context of your current life.  We believe who you are is how you lead, and that the more aligned we are with our true nature and unique noble purpose, the more generative impact we have in the world. We aim to take you well beyond incremental improvement in your professional role toward broader, longer-term change.  By combining a thoughtful blend of artful methods and the science of human development, we tailor an approach that is solely designed to focus on your unique needs.
